硝酸银滴定法

检验步骤:

1、水样的预处理如果水样带有很浓的颜色干扰,需要加水稀释。如果水样的PH值不在6.310之间应先调节好PH值。

2、取处理好的水样1ml置于250ml的锥形瓶中,加蒸馏水49ml,加铬酸钾指示剂10滴振荡均匀,用标准的硝酸银指示剂滴定至呈微黄红色,记录下硝酸银消耗的体积。

试剂配制:

硝酸银滴定液的配制、标定操作程序

[目的] 建立硝酸银滴定液的配制、标定操作程序,确保滴定液的质量。

[范围] 适用于0.1mol/L硝酸银滴定液的配制与标定操作。

1.配制:AgNO3=169.87

硝酸银滴定液0.1mol/L:取硝酸银17.5g,加水适量使成1000ml,摇匀。

2.1硝酸银滴定液0.1mol/L :取在110℃干燥至恒重的基准氯化钠约 0.2g,精密称定,加水50ml使溶解,再加糊精溶液(1克稀释50ml5ml、碳酸钙0.1g与荧光黄指示液8滴,用本液滴定液滴定至浑浊液由黄绿色变为微红色。

2.21ml硝酸银滴定液0.1mol/L相当于5.844mg的氯化钠。

2.3根据消耗本液量与氯化钠的取样量计算出本液浓度(C)。

10%铬酸钾指示液:取铬酸钾10g,加水100ml使溶解,即得。
