1、连续几个月没有单子对新手来说虽说是很正常的事,但对一个有上进心的业务员来说,就要考虑在入职的几个月之中有没有真得把工作做好。
比如,你有没有去做这个行业的市场调查。
你是否对国内外的市场行情、产品价格和销量有了深入的了解?
这些资料都调查清楚了,再找客户就有了所谓底气,接单也只是个时间的问题了。而“气场”也就是这样一步一步培养出来的。
2、坚信三人行必有我师,保持一颗善于学习的心。
身边的同事都是各有所长,虚心学习会使你会赢得不少朋友。虽说走上社会的人都很现实,但总能够找到几个志同道合的人。
3、认清形势,分清主观和客观对事态发展的影响。
不要抱怨公司的劣势,如果还不想换工作,就尽量把困难踩在脚下。业务员最容易抱怨的就是公司的实力差、老板没水平、产品的价格没优势等等。这些东西或许是公司的劣势,但它们不应该成为你业绩差或者接不到订单的理由。克服困难、创造条件,才能够积累足够的信心去跟你的潜在客户亲密接触。不管什么样的公司、什么样的产品,总会有其特定的客户群体。所以,放下抱怨,用合适的方法去找到客户的采购敏感点才是我们的正路。
4、思维灵活,不在一棵树上吊死。
不仅仅依靠公司的平台接单,要自己想办法主动出击去寻找客户。去国外的各种各样的黄页和数据库看看,有时候会有不小的收获,也可以用环球快客搜索引擎多多开发客户,客户多了订单自然也就多了。
5、做好客户管理。
在网上找到的发过邮件、打过电话的客户,一定要有详细的记录,以备下次再联糸。有时候客人会在你发邮件后才会跟业务员联系。当客户回头找你的时候,要确保第一时间能找到当时和客户的沟通内容,要给客户留下良好的印象,有一个好的开端。
